Welcome

The IEUW KidSmart Initiative provides disadvantaged children with the resources they need to learn and succeed in school. All children deserve the tools that will inspire and prepare them for a better future. By removing barriers to success, KidSmart programs are working in our community to alleviate childhood hunger and food insecurity, encourage fitness and good nutrition for kids, and provide supplies and school and to meet other basic needs.

We partner with local schools, companies, community organizations, and volunteers to accomplish these goals. United Way and its partners are achieving results through KidSmart programs:
